Selection Criteria

  1. Applicants must provide acceptable proof of income totaling three times the monthly rent.
  2. Applicants must have a favorable resident history.
  3. Applicants must have a verifiable positive credit history.
  4. There can be no unlawful detainer in the applicant's history.

Pets

Spayed and/or neutered cats are allowed with permission from the management and an additional deposit.

Miscellaneous Requirements

  • A lease is required.
  • A $500 deposit is required to hold an apartment.
  • Smokers are required to pay an additional deposit.
